FF of the Year Kurt Tiger and Chief
      Herre

Green Ridge Fire Co. recently held its 68th annual banquet and awards ceremony. This year's event was held at the Ballrooms at Boothwyn and everyone in attendance enjoyed a delicious meal from Lia's Catering. Vice President Sean Joyce was the Master of Ceremonies for the evening and he welcomed all of our mutual aid fire company representatives and the local municipal leaders who were in attendance.  Following dinner, Assistant Fire Marshal Nicholas Spayd presided over a memorial service for our departed Life Member, Dave Evans Sr. The evening continued with Chief Herre presenting gifts to Commissioners President Gary Robinson and Township Manager Dick Lehr for their continued support to the fire company. Pres. Robinson himself plowed the firehouse during almost every snowstorm this winter. Mr. Lehr was instrumental in helping the fire co. secure the financing for the new Engine 63. Next up was the swearing in of the 2010 officers of the fire company by Police Chief Dan Ruggieri. Awards were then handed out to recognize the past year's work done by all of the members. Top 5 EMS and Top 10 Fire awards were given out and then the following awards were presented:
