Thursday, May 13, 2010 At 3:30 in the morning the box was sounded for the 2400blk of East Colonial Dr. in Upper Chichester. Truck 63(Capt. Harris) arrived and laddered all three sides of the building while Engine 40's crew were placing the 1 3/4" hand line in-service. UC-9 (J. Smith) had the "Upper Chi" command. The Interior crews had fire in the walls around the fire place with a heavy smoke condition throughout the building. Truck 63 assisted with ventilation and overhaul. The Truck operated on the scene for about 45 minutes.
